SnorkelStop is proud to operate a 100% carbon-neutral logistics pipeline. All packages leaving our Santa Cruz outfitter hub are shipped using recyclable cardboard packs and carbon-offset shipping grids.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to spot turtles with perfect clarity. If your mask doesn't seal, your boots pinch, or your rashguard is loose, we will gladly accept returns within **30 days of shipment receipt** for a full refund or direct size exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- All items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Neoprene wetsuits and rashguards must not have been worn in seawater, pools, or exposed to sunscreen residue.
- Underwater cameras and action accessories must be returned in their original box with all cords, manuals, and sd cards intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Head to the **FAQ & Contact** page and submit an inquiry with your order number (e.g. `ORD-92831`).
- Our specialists will generate and email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
- Repackage your gear, attach the label, and drop it off. Refunds are processed within 3 days of ocean outfitter receipt.
