30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to spot turtles with perfect clarity. If your mask doesn't seal, your boots pinch, or your rashguard is loose, we will gladly accept returns within **30 days of shipment receipt** for a full refund or direct size exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • All items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Neoprene wetsuits and rashguards must not have been worn in seawater, pools, or exposed to sunscreen residue.
  • Underwater cameras and action accessories must be returned in their original box with all cords, manuals, and sd cards intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Head to the **FAQ & Contact** page and submit an inquiry with your order number (e.g. `ORD-92831`).
  2. Our specialists will generate and email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
  3. Repackage your gear, attach the label, and drop it off. Refunds are processed within 3 days of ocean outfitter receipt.
